Creating an Account

1. What are the benefits of creating an Account?

There are several benefits of creating an Account including:

  1. Your billing / shipping information will be saved, and checkout will be faster.
  2. You will be able to view your previous Order history.
  3. Account holders will remain up to date with latest promotions & newsletters.

2. I have forgotten my password

Click on Forgot Password’, enter your email address and click on ‘Reset My Password’
Click on the link you receive on your email address and enter your new password.

3. How do I get sale or promotional messages from Mannat?

ORDERS

1. How can I place an Order?

  1. Add all the products in your cart by clicking on Add to Cart for each item.
  2. Click on the Cart icon from the top of the page.
  3. Confirm all the products all with the quantities.
  4. Click on CHECKOUT to proceed forward.
  5. Add your address and information required. If you are not sure about the postal code, just enter 00000.
  6. Click on continue to shipping method and select the standard shipping.
  7. Click on continue to payment method.
Click on Complete Order to finish the procedure.
2. How do I search for an item on the website?

Click on the search icon on the top right on mobile and top left on desktop of the website.
Enter the item name you are looking for and press Enter on your keyboard.

3. Is there a sizing chart available?

Size charts are available for all products listed on our website under descriptions.

4. What is the minimum order value for free shipping?

We offer free shipping nationwide for all orders above 3500, no free shipping for International customers.

IMPORTANT: Customers from outside Pakistan are solely responsible for all duties and taxes that their country may charge. The customer will be responsible for any fees associated with the refusal to accept a package for any reason including the failure to pay import duties and taxes. 

5. When will I receive my order?

Estimated delivery time is ranged between 5-8 workings days nationwide and 12-15 working days international.

6. How will I know if Mannat has received my Order?

The Sales Order Summary emailed to you is a confirmation that your Order has been received (check promotions section). If you do not get this email, please Contact Customer Services.

7. Can I modify an Order after placing it?

If your order is not processed it can be modified.

9. How do I cancel my order?

Customers may request for cancellation, any time before the order is processed. Customers are advised to contact us:

Only the orders that are yet to be dispatched can be cancelled.

If an item has been dispatched, then the cancellation cannot be processed, and the Exchange and Refund Policy will apply. All cancellation requests will be assessed by a customer service representative prior to processing the request.

We have a strict ‘No Return’ policy. Keep in mind, colors that appear on the screen may vary from the physical product. If the receive article appears to have any sort of defect or size issue, please email/call us within 5 days of purchase.

International orders will not be refunded if customers doesn’t accept the packages on delivery and they will be solely responsible for all the costs of return shipping.

1.1 How do I process returns for damaged goods?

After our team reviews the product, customers will be offered an exchange with the same product.

1.2 Refunds

We have a strict “No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock or appears to be faulty. Refunds, in most cases, will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. Customers will be credited for the cost of the article(s) and applicable taxes.

1.3 How will I receive my refund?
  1. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for original purchase.
  2. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  3. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
