Exchange Policy
Exchange & Return Policy Guidelines
• Exchanges are only applicable if the item received is defective or an incorrect size was sent by us. In such cases, we will arrange a pickup and exchange.
• If the correct size was delivered with no defects, customers must ship the item back within 5 days at their own expense (no pickup will be arranged). And exchange delivery charges 200/-
Exchange will only be processed if the item is unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
Exchange is limited to the same outfit only.
• Paid orders cannot be canceled after 48 hours of placement, as they are already in processing.
• If a used or worn item is returned, it will be sent back to the customer without exchange or refund.

Provide all the required information to us and if all the conditions are met we will provide you the address to ship it to us.
